Default E-Revo Question

I have some questions. I'm sure there are similar questions (but I dont feel like searching through pages and pages of threads) but...
1.) Could I run 2, 3S LiPo batteries in parallel in a mini e-revo?
2.) Would I get the same speed as 1, 3S Lipo?
3.) Would 2 fry the ESC or motor?
Thanks

Running them in parallel should be fine because all you are doing is doubling your MAH. You would probably get the same speed as running one 3s lipo but you will doubling your run time.

1) Yes, you can run two 3s in parallel.
2)Yes, same voltage equals same speed. It would have twice the amperage though.
3)The worthless stock ESC would get very hot very quick, watch out for that, otherwise no.

My 2 Cents) There is absolutely no reasonable purpose to run two 3s. Get 2s, and run just run. Then you only have to charge one battery. Also I was constantly hitting the Thermal Shutdown with 2s in parallel and frequently with only one. If you really want a good setup, buy a Castle Creations 1/10 Sidewinder.

Or you could get a fan and plug it into your 3rd channel

I noticed the E-revo has an extra spot for another steering servo. Would it benefit from running 2 servo's.

I see no use for another servo. Stock is pretty good as it is.

yeah you can do it. it will actually slightly increase your speed. at least it did for me. i think its because of the extra amps. not much. just like 2mph. however the esc will get a lot warmer a lot faster i found.
