Okay, get two single cell lipos, 750 mAh, mid your mini z to carry them, use with stock stuff, you'll get about 18-20mph

Other options are to "FET stack" and you can run hotter motors.

I have the Atomic Chili evolution, very fast:

Another simple option for more speed would be to run your largest pinion.

the whole fet stack thing is overrated, complicated, and costs money, take my word, get some lith cells, find a good way to attatch them to the chassis, and go.
With an xmods stg 2 motor, mine was so strong that it would eat a set of tires in 2 charges! So much power that when you hit it in a tennis court, it would kick sideways all 4 wheels spinning, and remain in that fashion until it topped out. The if you let off too quickly, it would carreen and spin, as it was barely touching the ground.
On the road, it would fly so fast that the unnoticeable inconsistencies in the asphault would become very noticeable, as small humps would lift the car slightly, and it would be airborn for an instant.
What I used;
Mini z awd
Xmods stg 2 motors and pulled the pinions
Xmods evo main board(I'm sure the mini z board is better, but I bought my mini z as a roller)
2 3.2v lithium polymer cells from batteryspace
Do a switch bypass if you know how to solder
