Default Fanned Heatsinks

Hey guys,

I've got an RC18T running a 3 channel 2.4G radio. To run the fan on the heatsink do I just plug it into the 3rd channel and flip aux switch? If this isn't right, how do they run?

if you plug it into an open reciever slot it will turn on when you turn the esc on.

if you have a "batt" slot plug it in there, it will turn on when you turn on the esc like what sunco1 said

Does anyone actually know if these work or have any experience with them? If so, how much does it drop the temp?

i have a 25mmx25mm fan on my esc. with 2 batteries in parallel the temps are down like 20-30 degrees. although i dont really need it with batteries in parallel.. I like to have the protection.

It will NOT work with 2 batteries in series. Its glitchy and un responive. Its cause of the BEC.
