Motor Question.
Can this motor take 2 batteries like the traxxas VXL Villenian? Like I know the Trx on you can hook u batteries up to it via a v plug adapter. I want to know if the novak can do the same.
Here is a link to the motor.

RE: Motor Question.
In parallel sure.
It said 4-9 cells NiMh or 2-3 cells lipo. 3 cells lipo is ~11.1v and 9 cell NiMh is like ~10.8v (?). So does it takes 2 batteries like the Traxxas VXL ? I guess yes if they are in "parallel". Probably not in "series" because 2 traxxas's NiMh in series push it to ~14.4v already, so you probably heat up the Mongoose ESC really quick would be my guess.
That's probably HJJFFFAA said why bother because the VXL take higher amp and take in higher voltage which means more powerful than the Mongoose. I have the 10.5 in a Mini Quake, I like it a lot but the VXL in the MREVO just blows it completely away.
