I know Losi Mini Duplex Tyres fit Mini-Torquer Chrome Wheels so will those wheels fit my rc18t or is there an adapter I need to make them fit?

The rear wheels for the Mini-T fit the 18T's without any problems.

I have never used Mini-LST tires on my RC18, so I'm not sure.

yes that is the wheels.

well I bought the tires thinking they would fit my rc18t wheels but they are two big so will be getting the Mini-Torquer Chrome Wheels separately.

but yes the link you found is the right wheels I just need to know if they fit an rc18t.

do any of these 1/18 wheels have a 12mm hex

None of those use a 12mm hex. I have seen MLST wheels on an RC18, but if memory serves you will need the wide track kit to make them work, as well as the Losi hexes in order to mount them.
