Yes it will. All HiTec micro servos have the same spline count.

im still waiting for a reply on the servo saver i think there is a s s out there but im not having alot of luck finding 1 . my servo held up for about 6 months without a servo saver at all but it finally gave up
MTboy you will see when you get your 65's the main gear with the splines is about 2 times the size of the hs 55's main gear .
you can also upgrade your hs65 HB to a MG you can get the metal gears for the hs 65 think there like $17.00 or so for the mg rebuild and just rebuild your hs65 hb with metal gears and you have a hs65 mg great servo tho makes a big difference over the hs 55

That what the plan is if the HB dont hold up like I think it will. Hell I used an Eflight servo without a SS for 2 months before it stripped, so I figure the HB will work fine if I can get a SS..lol Actually I think the MG would work fine without a SS for me just couse I'm not hard on my trucks and 99% of the time only run on my track. I guess on time will tell..

the hb is a good servo but mine only lasted about 5 minutes with out a s.s. i am kinda hard on rc's tho but the metal gear version lasted a good while months and pretty hard smashin and bashin so i would think with a servo saver they should last a long time. i think you will like the 65 it is fast and accurate i didnt realize how much i was spoiled untill i went back to a hs 55 and man it feels like stock LoL will let you know if i have any luck with hitec if you have any luck let me know

HS65 has 24 spline, try rc18 servo saver from associated #21049.
I don't know if it required any modification, but you should take a look on it.

it "will" take some slight modifying to make it work, but it will.
