i used a 4' by 8' by 1.5" thick sheet of styrafoam and then used spray foam to make the mounds. this way it would be light and easy to carry. i then took spray glue and sprayed it all over the course and threw sand on it for extra grip. then just painted it.

Thats sick! I always thought spray foam would make a good crawler course for those things since they hit the market.

Ah, the sand was a nice touch. The extra grip should help.

yeah they crawl alot better with the sand gip. i am going to make 3 more so the crawling is endless.
