mini revo + 3s
Ok my lhs is telling me i can't run 3s on the revo stock, basicaly id have to replace my esc. is this true cause that doesnt make sense. i bought 4 batts, 2- 2s 2200 mah, and 2- 3s 1500mah, i only planned on running them parrallel as im sure you cant run 2 3s in series on this esc, but can i run the 2s batteries in series?, lots of questions let me know if im unclear at all.

Find a new LHS...You CAN run 3s in the 1/16th revo , as long as it the brushless VXL. You can actually run 4s. But for 3s be sure the ESC is set to lipo so you have the LVC feature, use either a single 3s or 2x3s in paralell. To run 4s, 2x2s in series, setup the ESC for Nimh(will not work in Lipo mode), be advised this will disable the LVC to dont over discharge your lipos, also be sure to use the enclosed speed gear and watch the motor and ESC temps
