1/16 traxxas summit vxl

Does anyone have a guide to have 4 wheel steering on the 1/16 summit? I have seen some videos but haven't seen a guide or anything. Is there a kit u can buy for this or is it all custom work?

Im pretty sure its custom. Ive never seen any kits for sale anywhere.
