rc18t problems, please help!!!!

I am reassembling my rc18 but i am having problems in the end. here they are:
rear diff is tighter than fron with same adjustments(super diff)
left rear wheel spins/right rear does not
when put on the ground there is studering and doesn't move well(new mamba comp package)

I think that is about it. please any suggestions would be great

maybe the diff is to tight, i made that mistake once with the stock ones, and it didn't move very well at all, also, did you charge the battery and what battery are you using???????? that may have a BIG cause of the problems

sounds like you got one of those MIP diffs that was out of spec. I think i remember hearing something about some of MIP's super diffs were out of spec and werent spinning freely. Contact MIP's customer service and see. That would cause your glitching problems too... too much load on the motor.

I had this happen too, with the bad MIP super diffs. If you don't want to wait to send it back and then wait for a new one back, you can hit the spot where it rubs with a Dremel. Put the diff in, but not the top plate and you'll see where it's rubbing.

Well, I guess I was one of the "lucky ones" to get a couple bad diffs, too. Couldn't for the life of me figure out what the heck was going on...tried shimming it differently, swapping the diffs front to back, I even rebuilt them, again. Finally figured it out and it was exactly what Stang said...a little dremelling to the inside of the diff cup and it's good as new. On mine, it was the "short side" of the diff (front drivers, rear passenger sides). I didn't realize this was an issue until I read this thread.

really?! I didn't know there were any problems with the diffs from mip. how do i find out which is rubbing bc the fronts are fine but the rear is the problem, i guess i could switch the two and see if it is truly the diff. but how do i find the spot where it is rubbing?
