My Norvel RPM #'s today
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_10444981/tm.htm
Ran theses 2 norvels today. 5.5x4 M/A....25% nitro....no mufflers...freedom plug
First one held a steady 18,600, the other 19,000
Neither wanted to idle much below 9000
How are these numbers with this prop?

RE: My Norvel RPM #'s today
I just threw my TT GP .07 on the bench with no muffler, 5.5x4 MA, 25% and a short non rc plug.
Got 18,400 on it. That seems to be pretty good from what I've read about these engines.
The fuel nipple kind of points forward. Can it be rotated to point back? (I have not taken the time to tear it apart yet to find out)
