Just came up with a NIB Global Baby Birdy and discovered a NIB Tee Dee .051 inside the box. I was going to convert it to electric but thought someone in 1/2A may want it a lot more then me. Just send a PM if you think you may like a nice little plane.

I have the same kit. But I have no plans,and it didn't come with any of the tail feather parts.

As you see my helper is waiting for the baby birdy.

Toys, I sent you a PM, get back with me. The kit sold fast. My mouth did fall open when I found the brand new engine in the box!!I did find another TD in a box of 1/2A stuff but it's the 049 and not brand new. The 051 has never been removed from the box. This is a good thing, I broke my TD some years ago. I like them a lot for gliders. Electrics OK but it does lack that sound and smell.
I didn't know 1/2A was so popular until I posted this, I got a lot of PMs on it. Whenever I have come across 1/2A kits I have built and gone electric with them. I don't find them often but I will send them this way when I come across another one.

Steve, Did you just leave the canopy off? was it part of the kit like pictured on the box?

I left the canopy off.. May still have it..It's a 2 piece.
