cox / sanwa reciever battery
hello everyone i just got a 3 channel cox / sanwa radio system all is there but the receiver battery . does anyone know the polarity. im thinking hot is on the outside. because the servos red wire is on the outside. i dont want to burn this thing out. any ideas ?

you can check the polarity with a VTVM reads either plus and minus when you put the leads to it martin
and red leads are positive black negative univesal color code

Yep, compare the plugs on the Cox servos to the connector on the pack you want to use. Some cables will use brown instead of black for negative but they always use a red wire for the positive side.
The label on the receiver or cast in signs on the plastic casing will usually indicate the pin polarity as well.
