Default Fine thread needle valves no longer available on kitting it together?

Hello all,

Getting a Norvel engine ready and have been unable to find a fine thread needle valve assembly. They used to be available at Kitting it together, could not find them on the website. Anyone know who else has them? I have done some searches, no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Honker1

Without having checked, maybe Texas Timers.

Thanks, I was looking for the version that had a threaded outside with a nut on it. It is the best fit on a Norvel. Any other sources out there?

Thanks

Try Doug Galbreath's Freeflight Site . He carries retro fit NV's and spray bars, but I don't know if these are fine thread. However, since the site is for performance engines (he manufactures the Galbreath head that is used with the NELSON plugs for 1/2A), these are likely fine thread. An email should get you an answer.

It is good to see the Galbreath one. I was thinking of making a few for myself, but that may save some time, or at least the cost of a tap and die. I usually just make a nipple that threads in like a pressure fitting but longer, and use a remote needle. Most of my Norvels have a glued in carb for the throttled ones I am not sure what size the c/l one is, but it seems quite narrow compared to say the Picco. but 3mm may fit anyway.
