A new project!

Newly acquired plans

Oh yeah , when I'm not running a plan I spend a lot of time on the computer !
But on TV , not so much !

I am very excited about this plan , I'm getting ahead all I can because after this week I will be traveling for vacation and when I go to surgery for removal of the gallbladder on 03/01/2014 , then I'll be home for another month recovery and in that period I shall finish it .
I am also awaiting the arrival of the new engine .049 Surestart and material for entelar , Thermo- contractile and stuff.

Still slowly recovering from surgery...

Cutting the empennage!

Finishing the wing structure!

Weighing the structure until now!

The arrival of the new engine!

For now it is only ...
Waiting for better days to continue the plan!

Gilson, I am very glad to hear your surgery is complete and that you are going to be feeling better. A project like this plane is a great way to spend your time while your body heals.

Looking good Gilson.. I wouldn't bother cutting the Holes in empennage. Negligible weight reduction.
If you put everything for the plane on the scale, how much will it weigh?

Maybe you're right, I'll think about it, but I intend to put the landing gear I'm already making the most forward and post the photos here.

About the weight, I'll see and reply later!

thank you,

Nice work Gilson.
If I ever have the gall bladder surgery, I'd also like to have the surgeon install a special bypass valve so I can drink all the beer I want to.
My wife had her's removed and she still eats pepperoni pizza, cheeze every day, but not a lot of meat.
