Herr mini sport engine recommendations?
I want to make it glow powered and I'm not sure what size engine to put in it. I realize I have some beefing up to do in the usual areas as well. Any suggestions?? Thanks Ken

A Baby Bee would suit it well if you don't want a throttle, otherwise just about any 1/2A would work well I think. I'd look at a Big-Mig .049/.061 for power and livability.

I am also building a Mini Sport but am bashing it into a bipe. I had planed on using my OS .10. After building the wings and` how light and small this plane is I have changed my mind about using my OS 10. The plane is just to small for the .10..

I still say Sure Start. Even with a throttle ring or one of Bernie's choke throttles. I've sold half dozen Air Boss, Mini Sport of this combo and not heard any negative aftermath. Your finished product surely won't weigh more than 16oz.
I will be very interested how you suspend the upper wing.

This one is light and strong for its size you could run a hot 1/2A in it such as a TD, yet it's light enough to run on a TD .020.
If you sheet the wings or beef up with D tube beefy caps and more of the fuse sheeted it would be rigid enough to fly with a Norvel .061
It just may be reasonable with a tight well applied monokote job.
