I picked up some silver tissue from someplace. I think it's Hallmark. My intent is to use it as "aluminum" on a tissue job one day but only after testing it.
Have you ever used any metallic tissues? I'm wondering if after applying and clearing if it will just look gray instead of silver.

I've heard about that but never seen it. How long do hinges like that last? Do you know of any links where I can see details of how it's done?

I hinged my Simple 400 by cutting full length slots with a Dremel thin saw blade in a router bed. The hinge material is 21st century fabric. Tight, floppy easy to move, tough, looks good.
