Hi MJD,
Heal up well my Freind.
Like the ProfiLactic tank/guts in this project.
Spars are my concern...
During a max V vertical dive....
Will you be able to "pull out" ? ? ?
Cheers.

Taking shape. Gotta cut the motor mount plate and firewall yet. The section between the front former and the nose ring gets laser cut light 1/4" C-shaped fillers then sanded roundish-like.

Looking good...!
Your nose ring former reminds me of a product that Foremost sold at least one of..[after I got tired of seeing it hanging for years at the LHS].
It was a combo TD mount / nose ring that was a very thin casting in plastic. I tried it and it worked pretty well, even though it looked pretty brittle.

There were a few neat 1/2A accessories over the years, all of them going the way of the dodo. I'm sure I have 2-3 of those ?Kavan? tank extenders, 8 SS film can mounts I got half price before they dried up, what else I can't recall, must be time to root through the bins again. Should try using some of this stuff sometime.
