1oz will make for a bit of a short flight if you are sport flying could lead to dead sticks I would go with 1.5 to 2oz.

I use 2oz . If I don't want that long of flight I just pull some back out before I start it.

I use the little plastic liquor bottles. Just cut the neck off and size to fit the stopper with a sanding drum on a dremel .. These bottles are 50ml or 1.75 oz but they are pretty light weight and work out great. Shapes available in stores are round rectangle and square so pick to suit your plane . Don't buy too many of these little bottles and build your plane thoroughly drunk.

If you aren't pulling negative Gs a 1.5 oz metal CL tank from Brodak or eBay will work.
