Glue gun syringe??
Dunno where I got this one. Does anybody know of a source? I used this one for years with Titebond but methinks I've probably ruined it with the polyurethane "gorilla glue" I just put in it.

Hi DB --
Don't know an exact source, but you might take it to the local pharmacy or medical supply house and see if they can match it.

Any craft store should have them. Also check a large pet shop. There are similar syringes for feeding baby rabbits or something. Remember the old AustinCraft glue gun? I used to order quarts of glue from America's Hobby Center back in the late 40's-early 50's. Would glue and dope in a closed attic room in the winter. Now I understand why it was so much fun!

You can find them at www.woodcraft.com. Look under glues and applicators.

Better stocked wood working specialty stores have them as well. Lee Valley in Canada and Garret Wade in the US. Just don't look through the catalog too closely or your credit cards will suffer....

RE: Glue gun syringe??
Thanks guys! I'll get a few to put in stock.
After I posted, I looked and the P/U wasn't hardening inside the syringe so I squeezed out what little glue was left in it and washed it out thoroughly with "Acrysolv" (automotive solvent.) Looks good as new!
tag, I'm at home and don't know how to check my email there from home. My addy here at home is [email protected]
