Default 1/2A ARF?

I have an extra Norvel .074 and 4 HS81's and I want a scale airplane to put them in? Thinking about the Herr T-6 or Mustang?? I want it to be fast and scale at the same time. I have not seen many 1/2A ARF's. Lots of scale electrics, but not gas, hum. Any good suggestions?

Wattage has some neat electric ARFs that can easily be powered with your .074 Norvel. You can look at my Giles that I converted by doing a search under "Wattage Giles"
They also have a Extra, Cap, Pitts and Ultimate Bipe that would make good conversions.

Lear,
I have had a Herr P-51 for a couple of years now. It's powered
by a Norvell .074. It's one of my favorite planes. It's pretty
fast at full throttle, pleasantly aerobatic, but it slows down to
a crawl. I think it would make a decent trainer even. Herr makes
some of the best kits I have ever built. It's not an Arf, but it doesn't
take too long to build.

Johnny C!

P.S. You can see a pic of it on page 18 of the P-51 thread
in the warbird section...

Pica makes a couple of scale arfs in the size you want, top grade stuff at fair prices, and there kits are a snap lock constuction and then glue and are fair priced, also puts Herr to shame on quality. the laser cutting is a 10 and the snap lock construction allows you to compelety assm. each section in your hand and then align it over the cad plans and glue it they are as idot proof as you can get, www.sheldonshobbies.com as well as many others
