Default Looking for Cox Black 6x3, 5x3

Hello all, does anyone know where I can find a couple of the black cox 6x3 props. I've looked on ebay and only see the gray ones. I have 1 black 6x3 and it's been through the ringer. I've bushed it more times than I can count, belly landed the thing even more times than that. It's just plain beat up. I'm looking for the 5x3 also but figure if I can find a source for the 6x3 I could cut one down. Any info and help is appreciated.

Thank you

Darren

Curious: is there a diff. between the two colors?

Oh yeah! The black ones are very flexible to resist damage in crashes or belly landings and the greys are very stiff but brittle. The greys offer much better performance but the blacks still work quite well compared to other very flexible props. In particular I found the flexy black ones worked nicely with the twin port Black Widow or Killer bee type cylinders. But for TeeDees they are too flexy and tend to flop around too much.

For a more modern alternative I've found the Master Airscrew blacks to be a decent middle ground. Flexy enough to resist breaking, but not as well as the Cox blacks. And stiff enough to work with TeeDees, and presumably Norvels.
