Default Any foam gliders out there suitable for glow RC??

I've been have a great time with an old Cox R/C EZ Bee Sport the last few weeks. I was wondering if there were any current foam ARF's that would work with a Cox engine and a simple 2-channel radio?

I think you get what you pay for with a foam glider...if you want a glider I guess it would be ok. You can take your cox .049 and two channel radio and have a plane that is fun to fly and last for years....the 150% size Littlest Stick (or LS150) You can build it in about a week and have it ready to fly.

Hey Lynn, the e-z bee is a big foam wing glider so if thats what he likes then what the heck!, and I can tell you there is a big difference between a foam glider and a foam glider with an .049 on the front of it!!!,Things speed up quick when theres no throttle for control but I guess you know that already.......the main problem I had with mine was elevator flutter at speed....mine was also just a fun project to try now I have the cox spyder/thermal hawk..which is a big foam wing with a blow molded fuse, like a kids plastic ball bat,,,all but indestructable.........hmmm seems like Ive said that before somewhere?..Rog

At 1.5 lbs and 629 sq in of wing area it does sound very interesting. Maybe as large as a .15...

Hey Lynn --

You could send that SST a little ways north -- you know how much I llke that color scheme -- I'll be glad to store it for you until you get another radio freed up. [8D][8D]

Here's my latest foamy...Shape look familiar? BTW, that tailwheel is 1.5"! I've been kind of impressed by the SSTs I've had so far, so I figured to continue the evolution.
