Default What engine is this?

First I apologize for polluting the airwaves with my ignorance. What I need is to have an engine identified. It looks almost identical to my Norvel .061 but instead of the AME logo on the crank it says either RGPO or ROPO (I can't make out which). Right below that is a wide 'V' with a circle (looks like someone's head) between the forks of the V. It must be either a .049 or .061. It is fully r/c carbed. As always thanks in advance.
