Default The TeePee twin?

Look what I found? Looks like a commercially produced twin drive unit for the Cox.

Here's another interesting one. Taifoon Hurrikan. This one really gets my juices flowing but not to the tune of $995. Item #5933863068

Good eye Zagnut. I read some of his feedback. His name appears to be Fred. Could it be frED? Noooo. No one would make that switch.

What the heck are you guys talkign about???

I have an article on the TEEPEE twin in an old model builder. Neat little engine! Probably worth a little $$ to a collector.

Coastalprosales? Ooooooo, I had a crappy experience with a seller going by coastalprosales or something very similar. Bought some automotive gear pullers I think. Tool was really, really poor quality.

I don't think Ed is selling auto tools now. He usually sells "bad box" engines. Usually misprints or something like that. I couldn't tell what was wrong with mine though. That was around the time AJ did his review on the AX40. (what a great engine!)
The point of the joke was someone with a similiar moniker selling cox stuff...

I have a geared together, single carburated cox twin I have never run. How do these things perform?

Single carb? Is it a shared crankcase? Got any pics?

No, it is not shared crankcase. Two generic reedies in a boxer configuration geared to a single shaftAir box "thingie" on back with an airbleed carb. I have another twin by the same guy but each engine has its own tabk & NV-no throttle. I have yet to run either.

Any idea what size prop these things should use?
