Default Herr Piper Cherokee Building up

Hi everybody

I am building the herr cherokee. Construction is almost done. I need to cover and install the radio gear.

I am going to put hitec 555 reciever, 270mah nimh battary pack and 3 hs81 servos. Norvel .074 on it.

But i am still wondering with what i should paint the cowling. I made a mistake and bought Tamiya Spray paing for RC cars thinking that some cars nitro engine it would be fuel proof. It is not at all it comes right off with raw fuel. Any suggestions??

here are some pics

the plastic canopy and the cowl came out very good after sanding easily with a dremel tool. I painted the canopy from inside with brush on static model paint since there wont be any fuel in there.
