Default Good deal on Wattage Giles & Cap planes!

Hey.. I was surfin and saw the Cap 232 and Giles 202 on sale at HobbyPeople for $80 'stead of $100. Do a search for KingCobra or Lynn_S [] and you can find nitro conversion threads. I am not ready for the plane yet, but I ordered the CAP232 anyhow because I'll be ready for it in the summer (and who can resist that red white and blue!).

http://www.hobbypeople.net/specials/planenewyear01.asp third row down!

I plan on mastering my current plane, then fitting the CAP with an .074, and maybe, with time and money, fitting it with a .15CV-A and start burning holes in the sky!!

Yep, saw that add, and ordered two of the Caps to have on hand later.

That's a good idea, I'd get two but I don't have the cash to spend on them! I just received it and man, this thing has tons of space inside that cowl!! Forget the .074... I'm putting a hot .15 in there. But I gotta really get my flying down with the cub first! [8D] The build quality of the plane is great, but the pushrods it comes with are really weak, so I'd tear out the entire pushrod tube guide and just put in some nice nyrods or something. But the crap hardware will do fine on my cub or any trainer airplane....
