Default How much thrust?

How much thrust on average do norvel .061 sized engens produce? I have a project you guys might like but I need to know this before hand.

I did some measurements last year [thread titled "THRUST-O-METER"]. If I remember right the BIG MIG did 18 ozs and the AME did 24. The BIG MIG will be able to do about 13 ozs in a controlled hover for me.

The engines were mounted to a set of sliding rails and had to literally lift the weights straight up .

I checked out the thread. Was interesting. I was thinking of just geting a nice senstive scale that I can push down on to mesure the weight. Then I could take the weight of the engine from the total mesured weight when operating and get the amount of push.

What ever works. It is good to be able to quantify what we do. The electric guys have made the strides that they have by doing the same kind of stuff.
