Default Anyone build the RCM "Cheap Fun" from 11/98?

Check this out:

I'm thinking about building this.. It can use anything from a cox sure start to an OS 10, and it looks like it would be a real nice flyer/trainer.

Anyone else built one of these?

JASON, that plane looks like a sure bet to be a great trainer.

Jason --

I've not built one, but have gone over the plans rather closely. Airfoil is approaching Clark-Y -- being flat bottomed, the wing will be an easy layup. The specs are a little misleading -- although accepted engine sizes range from .049 to .10, the .10 version is more heavily built. It should be an easy build and a nice flyer and trainer. It would also be a good starter for a plans built model.

I think I'm gonna build one. I'm ordering the plans tonight- I've had great luck so far with RCM's 1/2a plans. I built my Whizard from them, and in addition to the Cheap Fun plans, I'm wondering if you guys have any other favorites from RCM in this size? I know lots of folks like the Q-Tee, what else have you all built from RCM of this size?

So did you ever build it? Any progress?
