Default High End 1/2a Engines?

I think this was talked about a while back but I can't seem to find the thread now. I am thinking really hard about getting my hands on one of the high end 1/2a engines. So far I am looking at the Fora .049, 050 or 061, the Cyclon or the new Profi .049. I am staying away from the GZ because it sounds like it's a real PITA! The info posted on Jim Booker's site about the Profi .049 is stating 36,000rpm with a 4.4x2.75 prop running 30%nitro and 35,380 with the same prop on 15% nitro. How do these number stack up against the Fora's (CP any help here) and Cyclon's?

Later,
Tim

Tim, not sure of the exact numbers, but the G&Z is turning in that range static with a 4.2x4. FAST! Heart-attack fast. And I won't fly the airplane till this weekend! I didn't have the guts to try it right after quitting smoking. Now that that's over, gonna FLY it!

TIM, I think the best 1/2A engine in the world is the .061 CYCLON and the close second is the FORA. Don't waste your time with an .049 unless you are competing in AMA events. My FORA is the .049, but I originally got it for AMA C/L. My next engine will be the 1cc CYCLON! The GZ is like those old DOHC FORD 427 HEMIS that spent more time getting worked on than ran, but with high nitro it puts out 42,000 rpm with the APC 4.2x4, but for only 5 or 6 flights between P/L sets. With .15% nitro and .010" deck, it checks in at 33,000 rpm with a 5 pitched prop and the parts are holding up much better, plus it runs very smooth at this rpm. I wouldn't write off the G&Z all together, it's still fun to have a piped set up, just don't figure on having fun all weekend with the same engine. The P/L sets are $30.
