RE: spare parts
Thats easy, you should get down on your knees and thank the good lord you have a girlfriend who enjoys the hobby!!!!
When you are done with that, build a Das Not Ugly as its easy to fly and one of my favorite little planes to mess around with.

Thats the recipe for about a couple of hundred plane plans...2 channel either rudder/elevator or like the Das Not Ugly elevator/aileron with either set up the engine is wide open on a small tank...Rog

RE: spare parts
Congrats all around! But if you wrecked the glider then I'd suggest you use that Cox engine in the LST trainer as detailed in the sticky thread at the top of the forum listing. The DNU is a bit ... no... make that a LOT too sporty for a beginner. Would be a fine second plane once you're comfy with the LST though.
