What did Santa bring you?
Hey everyone, merry Christmas, hope everyone's holidays have been full of love.
I just got back from the tree and Santa brought me not 1 quart or NVX fuel but two, one 15% and one 25%. Not bad, but the crown jewel of this Christmas was not the pretty pair of pajamas but the 1/12 Stand-Off Scale HOB P-51B Mustang.
God I love the way a fresh new kit smells right when you open it up
....
How about you guys, anything cool?...
Hey, have any of you ever tried to bring glow fuel on an airplane, like in your checked bags, do you think I'd get in trouble? I live in NC and my folks are in NY, got to fly home on Saturday and I don't know what to do with either the fuel or the kit. Thinking about just packing them back up and going down to Fed-ex. Figured I'd ask the experts first.

I'm pretty sure flammable liquids are a no-no on a jet so I'd make with the fedx folk if I was you,,,, I got a crazy Max that I'll be flyin at your field in the spring (after march anyway) soon as you tell me how to get there ......and I'll be bringin the Norvel/extra too... merry xmas..Rog

I got a lump of coal, and an empty wallet, and a sore back from bending over assembling things for my daughter, The smile on her face was my favorite gift.

Ya know, empty wallets have a way of filling up again, and smiles from the ones you love are worth a back ache and an empty wallet any day. 
And hey, look at it this way, coal is handy for all sorts of things, you can burn it and... well... it's kind of pretty too, I mean if you're into black... and ... well, yeah, you can burn it...

What did Santa bring you?
I got a Sig Somethin Extra and Real Flight G2. Yes I also have the sore back from spending hours assembling everything from a shopping cart, to a kitchen set, to a doll house, to a trike. Also put together one of the biggest entertainment centers I have ever seen, to fit the "wifes" new 36" TV .

I got to see my little ones go through the gifts like a wind storm!! It was great. Little kids make Christmas fun.
I also got cash money for Christmas, so I guess I can have anything I want!! WooHoo!!

Times have changed.
When I was little I wanted BIG presents. Now that I am big, I was thrilled to get a tinny little present with a micro Rx and 2 E151 servos inside!

Hm, where to start...........
well, plane related I got 3 new servo's 2 for the SaberJet 130 oz per inch and 1 little retract servo (like 40+ oz per inch) on the HOB Bonanza!
other wise I got a Baby Taylor back pack acustic guitar, a check for some $ to buy a topper for my truck (got to transport my aircraft some way) and a bunch of Columbia shirts, and a MapSource CD for my GPS~
lots of other stuff too,
first time I had all of my immediate family together for Christmas in a very long time. Having them all together is the best Gift of all!
I cant wait till I have a little "mini me" to watch tear up shi* during christmas! LOL
