You'd probably get more response to your question on the ARF & RTF forum. However, I've got a .30 Saito on a Lazy Tiger. Not a lot of verticle, but with 10% nitro, & a 11x5 MAS prop, enough to do loops from level flight. This ain't scale, but does have the p51 apearance when in flight. ...................... George K.

World Models makes a Piper Cub that's perfect for a .30 four stroke.

How about a mini funtana. I have one sitting around that had a o.s. fp 15. they say it is awsome with the .30 fs and flies like it's big brothers!
I send it to you for $70

Now it is an ARF. A month ago it wasn't . It
only takes a bit more time to go first class.
Fokker D VII , 43" top wing, 34" bottom wing
weight so far with Saito.30 is 31 oz. covered
with Solar Tex .

I don't know about this particular model, but general Fokker triplanes don't fly like a brick. Bricks don't turn on a dime.

ARF ? Either I forgot to post the photo or it got
lost. This shouldn't be a brick.

You are talking about a differant model. Polk Hobbies makes an ARF of the Dr-1 tripe. You are talking about a model of the DII bipe. You never said who kitted the model.

Not kitted. MAN plan # 0204A. I had it laser cut
so I didn't have to cut out all those skinny wing
ribs. I have painted the fuselage since the pic. It
looks to be light for 550 sq. in. area. hope its worth
the effort.
