OK, try the video now.
It does tend to get into a porpoising oscillation, which gets worse and causes it to come down. I've found that constantly turning prevents the porpoising. I'm going to try a couple of tail mods to try to improve stability.

Well, that was easy. I just did a quick and dirty test. This little mod has greatly reduced the porpoising and improved the spiral stability. It can now fly around easily at low throttle and climb at full throttle. I can pretty much keep it in the air as long as I want now, whereas before I was limited to 5 to 10 seconds at a time. So now I'm going to replace the entire tail boom (it's a piece of depron) with one that incorporates more horizontal area and make a v-stab.

The mods are done and it flies much better. It porpoises very little now, but if it does start porpoising, I just turn a little and it flattens out. The little vertical fins are just enough to prevent it from wanting to go into a spin in a sharp turn.
