Am I missing something here, or is it not a good time to dabble in .020's? I couldn't afford them as a kid and sure can't afford it now!
I've watched .010's go north of $100 but this one has me confused/

RE: Cox .020????
I noticed that one too. Unreal.
It seems the older .010 and .020 (gold anodized case and red plastic parts) go for a bit more than newer ones (plain case and black plastic parts). This is definately one for a collector somewhere.
I couldn't afford one when I was younger and at these prices I still can't. I still have a couple of Pee Wees to play with however.
as an added note, this same seller sold a similar one back in mid May for nearly $150!

RE: Cox .020????
Sometimes just the boxes themselves with no motor can sell for upwards of 50 dollars. I think the original condition (in box) of these means a lot to some. I bet if it was without the box in unused condition it would have sold for half the cost. There were plain carboard sleeves placed on these to prevent scratches, those go for even more.
