Default small fuel tank

If one is to use a small tank such as a 2 oz Sullivan is there a silicon tubing that is flexable enough to enable the clunk to "klunk"? The tubing that is supplied holds the klunk straight out almost which means after half tank you're done or else if you have positioned it to the bottom you cannot fly inverted more than half tank.

There's some very small silicone that has about a 1/16 hole in it. But you'd still have to add some solder to the clunk even then I suspect. You'd also need to replace the tubing with something smaller or solder some sleeves into the ends. Cut the inside parts of the tubing down to a minimum as well so there's more silicone to flex.
