two .061 AMEs and an .074
It has been quite a while since I last posted here. Haven't had much time for modeling since I have been trying to finish up my 100% scale Van's RV-7A. Since the Norvels aren't available any more and it is going to be a while before I get back to modeling I thought I would offer my stock of Norvels to the group. I have two new, never run .061 AME R/C Revlite engines and one .074 Big Mig R/C Revlite new, never run. If anyone is interested the first $200 takes them. All three are new, never mounted. One of the .061s has had the cylinder pickled in oil and hand flipped in preparation for first start but was never started.

Hey Steve,
I think I still have proseal under my fingernails and I've been flying my Harmon Rocket for 300+ hours.
I had 3 seaping rivits in my tank which I caught while still in primer.
Good luck with your maiden!!!!

To keep this 1/2A related, ask Piggie about the carbon fiber that is in the box with the Norvel's he bought from me.

Peter, Thanks, and the models are much more fun to crash.
Steve, Based at Half Moon Bay, I don't know of Dana's flyin - I39 isn't that Frazier Lake?
Where I made my mistake with my tanks is I completed the proseal waited a few days for it to cure then put my fuel caps and AN plugs on all fittings (to keep dust/chips out) and let her sit while I worked on the other things. What occurred is the simple expansion/contraction of the sealed tank let air open a small seap through the still very soft proseal at a few rivits. [:-] On the next one I'll tape a rag over the vent.
CombatPig - No labcoats - infact you might be horrified at the building conditions mine was constructed in.
They really are, just another model And no shortage of Boeing Surplus materials on this bird.
