i like things in aviation that are a little uncoventional. im a FAA private pilot working on my instrument rating at CMSU but i would love to fly an ultralight or powered powerchute. i was thinking today after im done with this design contest what my next project ould be. im thinking how complex it would be to make a r/c using a parafoil. has anyone tried this? i wouldn't even know where to start. i have seen some electirc kits out there but that wouldn't be near as fun as making it myself.

There's a para-sail kit out there, it's expensive, but it flys just like the real things. I like the banana wings myself.
