Default Star Cruiser build underway!

I'm finally getting down to business on my Herr Star Cruiser! This is my
first 1/2 A in awhile. I did a tail-dragger conversion using the Hummer
gear(don't worry, it's light). I'm trying to keep it under 18 ounces. It will
have a Norvel .061, Hitec micro 555 Rx, and three HS 81's. At this point
I have six hours, and 38 bucks in it.

Looking good! I'm curious how the CG will come out - I still have one of these kits laying around, and if I ever build it, I'm sure I won't be able to source another Norvel, so the OS 10 will probably go on the nose.

Thanks Buzz, I hope to cover it this week. You could always try the wasp. I'm debating on
either adding a tail wheel, or just a skid. I'll also have to learn how to do the mono-cote
hinges. BTW, my Cessna 180 came out tail heavy.[sm=shades_smile.gif]
