Default found in the trash.

Howdie gents. As I was taking out the trash the other day I found a bottle that had the hair dye that my honey used to do her hair. Its a soft squeeze bottel with a long thin tip. I thought hey this would make a nice glue bottle so I tryed it. Man does it work grate. Give it a light squeeze and then tip it down and apply the glue then let off the squeeze and it stops instantly, no driping. I all so found two small hair spray battles that work nice in the flight box for cleaning the planes befor loading them back into the car. I am all ways looking at thing to see how I can use them in the shop.. Just thought I'd share it with yall. hkbii.

Hmmmm.... I never thought about using a small bottle to carry cleaner in before. That's a good idea. Saves space & weight.

You should put the hair dye bottle back on the shelf in the bathroom next time she picks on you about gluing your airplane to your hand.....

COOL
And those 7.5 ounce moose cans make great tuned pipes for 40 size motors.

I'm about to try making a mousse can muffler out of a felt tip marker. They are made almost identically to mousse cans, only 1/2A sized. Should be cool if it works, and it's long enough to fit a 1/4 wave and still look 'right'.

Howdie gents. I once got a call from the wife of a flying buddy asking if I'd come over and help her husband. After about five minutes of side spliting laughter I got the story. He was laying up the fuse of his latest plane. With his left hand he was holding the parts togather, with his right hand he picked up the c,a, he put the cap in his mouth to pull it off, the cap didnt whant to come off so he pulled harder. the cap came off and the c.a shot out all over his lips and cheecks. He grabed a towel to wipe it off. He wasnt quick enough. the towel was glued to his lips ,cheeks and his hand. It took nearly a full bottle of debonder to get him free. Now I allways keep the debonder handy. hkbii.
