Sometimes the fun is in the discription!
Most of us have seen something like this before but I thought I would share with you the most recent I have seen on a site where you find Cox items for sale or auction.
Sometimes it is important to include the picture(s) to make things more clear regarding the item description or sometimes it makes things even more confusing!
The purpose of this thread is to share with others what you have seen and to have a laugh or two.
No imbellishments please. Quotes only.
To kick things off here is mine for today.
"YOU ARE BIDDING ON 2 USED COX 020 AIRPLANE ENGINES AND ONE MOUNT. COMPLETE ENGINE STILL HAS GOOD COMPRESSION BUT ONE WITH NO GLOW PLUG FEELS WEAK."
This one needs no pictures to help it out but will include them just for fun.
Do you suppose the end buyer has any hopes of restoring compression in the one with no glow plug?
Again not the best I have come across but I thought it funny enough to share.
Robert
