Help I.D. a old book
I have this page scan, from a old library book copyed many years ago. It gives no data other than page #, If I remember it was a C.L. book, it dealt with many model builds and types.
Let me know if it rings a bell, thanks !

RE: Help I.D. a old book
sir crashallot;
Yes it had control lines, and Jetex stuff, free flight helos, lots of things. Also info on repair work. I do not remember the name, that page scan was from the late 60's / early seventys.
If anyone could I.D. the book, It most likely will be done on this forum.

RE: Help I.D. a old book
A quick search makes me think it is the right one. Inside his book it dealt with Jetex, and 1/2a powered Helos, free flight of course. But, it had a lot of good info, and was a favorite to read at the library. Many of these books are no longer there, and that one page was all I had to go by. It would be cool to have others name some good books that deal with 1/2a in some form, the older books add much in the older stick and tissue builds.
My thanks to Sir Crashallot for his efforts, I never know about this search type, and will try to use it for other books.

theres new types of searches every day being added and available on the internet, its just a case of finding them and knowing how to use them, i use the internet every day to find info out about all sorts of things, at points when im in the mood for searching i can get well and truely involved and spend hours and hours trying to find the info i need or the items i need, glad i was able to help you if anyone else needs anything finding on the net and you cant find it let me know and il see what i can do, i have to be honest though i thought it would be like finding a needle in a hay stack but i did it
