What happened to Small Net?
I try to keep in contact with Joe by email occcasionally. I just received one from him explaning his absence from L. R. He was in the middle of an engineering project when he became ill and rather than abandon the project, kept working. When he finished the project he spent a week in intensive care and another two weeks trying to recover. The antibiotics left him system in a mess.
He has no endurance or energy and has to sleep about 16 hours a day. All of this started in 2001. Hopefully Joe will completely recover and be back with us. Please keep him in your prayers.

Texflyer, please pass on our best wishes for a speedy recovery to Joe if you're emailing him. I loved reading the Smallnet posts and he has made a great contribution to our hobby.

John,
I will do that. I don`t know if Joe monitors this list or not, but later on I may send him the URL so he can read them. I know it would make him feel good. He is quite a guy.
Thanks,
Floyd
