I thought it was one of those sissy drinks that smelled like a fruit basket and had a paper umbrella stuck in it. He has gone lekkie, you know.

You better watch out. With a name like Pink Bomber, you might get a certain kind of guy approach you and ask to play with your transmitter stick.
...Just kidding of course... What IS a pink bomber?

Isn't pink what they painted the war weary planes for target duty?

Yep, what DeadStick said.

I read about XenaLook in this month's Flying Models magazine (in three different columns by the way). After seeing Vic's Neon Green Quickie the other day - Ihad a hot flash/visionof a Neon Pink SheetFace (SwishyFace) zipping around the pylons -lapping SureSharks and Buckshots. I just couldn't let the Pink Bomber get away. Woo hoo!

FWIW, I have not been totally lekky-fied. In fact the only glow models I have left are .049s and (of course) .010s.

FWIW, here is a photo of another famous Pink Bomber. This one is of course the renowned de Hava Laff M'SkeeToe. If it looks like a lekky to you, hah, that is just an optical allusion(!).

P.S. I haven't gotten the engine yet. Waiting with baited(!)breath.

Pink Bomber
Why are the cast cases powder coated and the extruded barstock ones are anodized?

The cast cases are made from a zinc alloy and cannot be "anodized" easily or cheaply, as can the extruded cases. Some purists may point out that zinc anodizing is not a true process, but a combination of anodizing and plating.

And for those who believe the "Pink Bomber" is not enough, there will soon be Xena's "Pink Panther" for sale, a hyped up version with 20% more power and similar performance to our "Stinger"
