Dang, If the Skiniwag survives the first flights (which will happen soon), I'll have it there. We'll miss the keg or three that you would have provided. ;)

Bummer Skaliwag can't make it this year, but I completely understand. It was a close call this year, but my wife was able to get the kids EOG (End of Grade) test dates re-arranged.

I can't wait George and Steve thanks! Less than 5 weeks now with our arrival on Tuesday, Jun 2nd. Getting pretty pumped. Still need to figure out how to safely ship a few planes but I'll sort that out.

As previously discussed, I may ship a few "small" planes to you. I'd sure hate to be the new guy who tries to rally more 1/4 & 1/2A glow participation at SMALL on RC Groups, only to show up with nothing! :rolleyes:

Is there a LR hobby shop that carries 1/2A fuel?

I'll pick you up a Quart of fuel at our local Hobby Shop before we leave for SMALL and if we need more I'll have plenty on hand.

So...I've been on a mission to see if we can get a large turn out of 1/4-1/2A glow or diesel powered planes at SMALL this year.

The question: Who's bring .010 -.09 glow or diesel powered planes and the total number you'll plan to have at the gathering? Can we get a total of a least 25 - 30?

I plan to ship at least one .049 powered RC plane and two .049 control line planes. There's three! :)

I'll have at least 3 or 4 but that includes diesels. I have two PAW .03s and one .06 and it I don't crash it Before SMALL, I'll have a Tee Dee .049 plane and maybe some others. What % Nitro do you run in your 1/2A engines?

I think I listed 5 on the thread on RCG. And as RRGeo said, don't worry about fuel, we share, and I have a fresh

Excellent guys! Current total on RCU & RCG is 19 confirmed .010-.09 powered models. I may have to ship one more to make it an even 20. :)

George-I use 25% but once I'm at SMALL, I'll use Moonshine if it will keep my engines running. :) Thanks!

I've been busy today getting stuff ready. Hope to have the SelExtra 500 that Hollis gave me ready to go. Just ordered a Bislob ARF........................Have several 1/2A C/L planes, & the usual Cox FF stuff. We'll make plenty of noise & smoke.

Hi Kev.. Wanted to come over again this year but the Sun , Moon and the Stars don't have their co-ords lined up.
Tony A and his daughter Evelyn will be there carrying the West coast flag. I even picked up a Cox Heli during the year for the annual .020 Heli Duration Event.
With me not being there the beer won't get warm. Weather will be absolutely 100% model friendly, and no one will lose a bird over the in the sticker weeds.
Glad you are going to have your ( the Prototype) Selextra with you.. Have you flown it yet?
Would be cool to see Yours and Hollis do a Bipe fly by or dog fight....

Talked to Pat Tritle a while ago. He's concerned about the weather & intends to make a go/no go decision a few days before the event. We should encourage him ; )

It may be Thursday before I get there. I can't leave until after school on that Wednesday. So far no side effects from the treatment I had Monday.
