I finally installed the equipment and flew it four flights yesterday. It's been built and covered for over a year. Cox Golden Bee with APC 4.2X4 prop. It weighs 8.95 ounces with a Spektrum AR6100 Rx, two E-Sky 8g servos, 2S400 LiPo with a Blue Arrow voltage regulator. Flys great. I need to put a race number on the wing and then I'll call it finished.

Very Nice, I built one with a V-Tail and ran a Norvel 061 WHAT A ROCKET!!! AUW was about 7oz. Lost it on a landing wing was not damaged. Just need to cut out another fueslage. I like that tail configuration, the V-Tail linkage was a pain to make. Enjoy it

Bob certainly didn't waste any wood on that vertical fin. I would have thought it needed a little more area to keep the plane from hunting in the straights.

Actually Andrew all 3 version fly quite well. I'm putting a few more together. The V-Tail is a little tricky but sure is cool when you fly it!!!

The vertical area is fine. I don't see any tracking issues with it at all. I made it this way because it was easy. I like easy.

Bob and Hollis -

The proof is in the pudding - it looked small in the photo, but certainly smaller is better in this case. The Tee and Vee tails look pretty sharp, too.

At the risk of sounding silly, I am thinking that if you were to ask Bob Harris?
