On this engine, over leaning the idle needle to over improve the idle causes the idle needle to go too far into the HS needle, disrupting the fuel flow to the engine, requiring over richening of the HS needle. One fix for this problem is use of a pump to force more fuel through. Another fix is to not over lean the idle LS needle. Don't ask how I know this!
