Default RE: ESM P47 Build

ORIGINAL: mmn

I weighed it right after I built it. I weighed the fuse with the nose down and then I weighed the wing on one tip on some scales on the floor and then added the two. Don't remember what the individual weights were but I could weigh it again.

I've prolly got around 30 or so flights on the thing. Was wondering why yours is so fast.

Michael
I have redone the weighing. The numbers came out slightly differently this time, but this is due to the fact that after completion, I installed Sierra retracts instead of the ESM ones, which were in the first time I weighed it.Sierrasweigh a bit more than the ESMs.I addition, I have put ina larger NiMH receiver battery, pretty heavy, while I had a LiPo the first time around.

The numbers are now: Right wheel:2905 grams
Left wheel: 3015 grams
Tail wheel: 818 grams
Total: 6721 grams

Still, this is way lower than yours. I really do not understand whereanother 1.2 kg could come from. Just to make absolutely sure, we ARE talking about the same plane?
