I am looking to do this conversion as well, but I want to buy the ARF. I had the kit originally with a cheap OS engine that ended life after hitting a tree. It was the best flying plane, I had even added flaps. It would climb amazingly. Great on skis and oversized tires. Please help keep this thread alive!
Any idea what would be recommended for motor size, esc, and batteries? I'm assuming LiPo's, 4 or 5S even. I see Hobby City has an 'L' mount for helping convert to electric for this style engine bay.
