RE: midwest sukoi to electric
I did an electric conversion on my Midwest Sukhoi 40 last year. I used an AXI 4120, a JETI 70 amp OPTO ESC, two 3s, 3700 mah batteries in series (6S), an 11 x 7 APC prop and a separate receiver battery. The plane flew very well and easily matched the performance of an OS 0.46 FX , except for duration. Flight times are about 5 minutes.
